What to Expect

Our process begins with a complimentary initial meeting. We introduce our firm to you and gain a better understanding of your current financial situation, goals and concerns.

After learning more about you, we present you with an assessment of your current financial situation and how we can help you plan for your future.

We believe that in order for a client's financial plan to be successful and stay relevant, we have to stay current on our clients. You are never alone with Core+ Financial. You will have online access to your account 24 hours a day. In addition to monthly statements, our advisors will review your portfolio with you, in person, every quarter. We also have support staff in office who are committed to personal service to help answer any questions you may have along the way.

What is your Investment Philosophy?

Our philosophy is to manage your assets in a way that works best for you. We will attempt to design your portfolio to achieve its targeted rate of return without taking on more risk than necessary.

How many clients do you currently have?

We are very pleased with our current client portfolio; it is large enough to maintain a steady flow of client meetings, but small enough so that we can take time to develop and maintain a personal relationship with each of our clients. Our clients include individuals, couples, and trusts.

How often will you review my portfolio and send me statements?

We review portfolios quarterly, preferably in person. If there are major changes in your life, we can review more frequently. All of our clients receive comprehensive statements on a quarterly basis in addition to having 24 hour online access to view accounts.

How are fees handled?

The Investment Advisory Fee is paid in advance, is due payable on the first day of each calendar quarter (January, April, July, and October), and will be calculated based upon on the balance of the billable securities in the Account as calculated on the last business day of the prior calendar quarter. Trading fees and Maintenance fees are included in the Investment Advisory Fee.

How will my relationship be supported at Core + Financial?

At Core+, we take a team approach to all of our clients. You will have a Wealth Management Team that works together to develop, implement, and monitor your roadmap to success as well as support staff to answer any questions along the way. We want to be proactive in dealing with you and your investments, so never hesitate to contact us about your any aspect of your finances.
