Joe Foley has 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He is currently Vice President responsible for the firm’s ETF and Managed Account distribution in the Houston and South Texas market. Prior to joining First Trust in 2007, Joe was a regional distributor for Sentry Insurance, where he specialized in consulting with small businesses and their insurance needs. He holds the series 7 & 66 securities licenses.
